Cancellation & Refund Policy

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

Order Cancellation

  • Send an email to support@vedicinals.com with the subject “ORDER CANCELLATION REQUEST”.
  • A customer service representative will confirm whether the cancellation request can be granted.

Refund Processing

  • If approved, we will promptly process your refund, deducting 10% for operational fees.

Important Timing Notice

Most orders are electronically processed and sent to the shipping warehouse for fulfillment almost immediately. Therefore, the window to cancel or change orders is limited.

Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Our preferred shipping method is via UPS, but we may utilize other shipping providers.
  • Cancellation and refund requests are only possible before the shipping provider picks up your order.
  • Once the product leaves our warehouse and is in transit, we cannot cancel orders or accept returns or exchanges.
