These Terms and Conditions apply to this website, related sites and applications collectively, the “Site”, the Products made available on the Site “Products”, and to all Materials provided by Vedicinals®, whether through the Site or through other communications, including emails, newsletters, and other correspondence. This Site is owned and operated by Vedicinals® Inc. “Vedicinals®”, “we” or “us”.
You should read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Your access to and use of the Site and your use of the Materials is governed by these Terms and Conditions, which are a legally binding contract between you and us.
By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Site or provide us with your information.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions and any of our other terms, conditions and rules relating to the Site, at any time. Vedicinals® may use third party service providers and/or suppliers to help develop and maintain this Site and to provide specific products and services offered through this Site. You agree that the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions inure to the benefit of any third-party service providers engaged by Vedicinals®. All references to Vedicinals® are deemed to include its agents, suppliers, and service providers.
Use of Site and Materials
Through this Site and other communications, including but not limited to emails, newsletters, and other correspondence, Vedicinals® may make available to you certain Product information and other audio and visual materials collectively, “Materials”. Vedicinals® and its licensors grant to you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access, view, download, print, use and copy the Materials solely for your own informational and non-commercial use.
The rights granted to you do not include, and are not applicable to, the design or layout of the Site, which are protected by law and may not be copied or imitated. The Site design, text and graphics, and the selection and arrangement of such elements are copyrighted and are protected by worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions.
You shall not remove or destroy proprietary rights marks, modify or create derivative works of the Site or Materials, republish or distribute them, reverse engineer the Site, frame or mirror the Site, use the Site or Materials for commercial purposes, use data mining or robots, or use hidden text utilizing Vedicinals’ name or trademarks without our express written consent.
Vedicinals® and/or its licensors own and shall retain all rights, title and interests, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the Site and Materials, and all elements thereof.
Eligibility
The Site is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
Site Access and Registration
As part of placing orders for Products through the Site, you may register an account with us and select a password and username. You shall provide us with accurate, complete, and updated registration information.
You are solely responsible for the security of online access to this Site, including access to any user account, and you must take precautions to protect the confidentiality of your username and password. You should contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your username or password, or any other unauthorized activity on your account.
Our Products
We try to describe and display the features of all of our Products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that all Product descriptions, photographs, pricing or other information on the Site is accurate, complete, current or entirely error-free, nor do we represent that any Product will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Pricing and Orders
If you wish to purchase any Product made available through the Site, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and payment information.
You authorize us to charge the credit or debit card or other payment method accepted by us on the Site provided by you for all purchases, plus applicable taxes and fees. All orders placed through the Site are subject to our acceptance. We may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or fulfillment of any order.
In the event of a credit card dispute, we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover the disputed amount, including but not limited to pursuing the matter through the credit card company and/or initiating legal proceedings against you.
Unless otherwise specified, all prices listed on our Site are in U.S. Dollars. The prices and availability of Products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit availability, discontinue products, restrict or cancel purchases, and refuse orders.
Health-Related Information; No Professional Advice or Medical Information
The statements on this Site and any Products distributed or sold by Vedicinals® have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration FDA. Neither the Products nor the ingredients in any of the Products have been approved or endorsed by the FDA or any regulatory agency. The Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
The information on this Site and in Vedicinals® emails is designed for educational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for informed medical advice or care. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a history of heart conditions or any other medical condition, we suggest consulting with a physician before using any of our Products. Products are not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age.
We are not a “Covered Entity” nor “Business Associate” to Covered Entities as those terms are defined by HIPAA, and we are not subject to HIPAA. Any information that you provide to us and/or we collect from others shall not be subject to HIPAA but shall be subject only to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

User Content

If you provide Vedicinals® with any comments, suggestions or other feedback with respect to the products, the Site or any component thereof collectively, “Feedback”, Vedicinals®, without any restrictions, has the right but not the obligation, to use such Feedback in any way, including incorporating such Feedback into the products or the Site, without obligation to you.
Consent to Collection and Use of Usage Data
You agree that we may collect, use and share certain information about you and your use of the Site, including technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals, gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, support, and other services related to the Site and the Products collectively, “Usage Data”.
